    A nice thorough article about natural healing alternatives. I can definitely learn something here! There are so many options to choose from and I want to start incorporating some of them. I like natural healing alternatives too, things I never knew about from other parts of the world. Some of the methods scare me but that’s a personal thing. I am not a fan of needles so the thought of acupuncture may bring on my stress, which defeats the purpose of the healing alternatives. LOL But great post nonetheless.
